As a healing arts practitioner, it is my goal to create a ripple effect of social change by supporting individuals on their unique healing journeys. Through yoga, massage therapy, and working with plant-medicine, I enjoy guiding my students and clients to restore their bodies and minds to a state of homeostasis so that they may live vibrant, healthy, happy lives.
