Samantha has been practicing yoga for 24 years and started teaching in 2008 after completing the Yoga of Energy Flow 200-hour teacher training with Daniel Orlansky and Carrie Tyler. Her yoga teachings are fluid and creative and she encourages students to move in their own bodies, connected with the breath. At-home with her two young children for the last 9 years, Samantha has found a deep appreciation for restorative yoga and the power of meditation and stillness in her practice and is excited to share these practices with others.
