| EARTHWISE WOMEN'S HEALING CIRCLES: Meeting on the first Sunday of every month 10am-12pm, ($15-25 Sliding Scale) at Moving Celebrations www.movingcelebrations.com This is a great opportunity to connect with other powerful, conscious women in your community in a safe, healing space. Build a support network, friendships, and self-awareness all at once! We'll begin the meetings with some basic yoga and breathing exercises. Then, we'll navigate our way through personal beliefs, goals, and other topics related to emotional and physical health and wellness. Each session will be unique. There will be guided meditation, discussion, inner exploration, laughter, movement, and deepening on many levels. |
